Ron MelÉ
Creative Director & Owner, The ART Department
Ron Melé has been a graphic artist for over two decades and has worked in a variety of environments ranging from a publishing firm to a full-service design studio. His favorite work environment is collaborating with a group of creative individuals who offer a wide range of ideas and concepts. He has the ability to see the entire picture and able to bring good ideas to life. He enjoys the creative process of problem solving the design needs for all of his clients. To bring their vision to life is the reward. Currently, he is the creative director and owner of The ART Department design studio. Melé has a B.A. in Communications from the University of Maryland and an A.A. in Advertising Design from Montgomery College. His work has earned recognition from Print Magazine, HOW International Design Awards, Society of Publication Designers, Associated Press, American Advertising Federation, Associated Church Press, and Communication Arts.
