JosÉ Rosapepe
Media Arts Specialist, Frederick County Public Schools
José Rosapepe is the media arts specialist for Frederick County Public Schools and supervises a staff that handles print and multimedia projects for the public school system.
In his 40+ year career as a graphic designer and illustrator he has won regional and national awards. His illustration work has appeared in national publications including the Washington Post newspaper and Newsweek magazine.
Like many artists he's involved in projects outside of work. As a principle in a toy and animation group he's created several properties that have received national attention. One of these projects received an 'A-' from Entertainment Weekly magazine.
